About
Just months after the founding of Accellos, we went on the road to meet our customers face-to-face. In those meetings, many new friendships were formed. Our COO Joel Kremke also revealed an unusual goal for a software company: to be the best communicating company with whom you partner. It’s a goal that requires constant attention and improvement on our part, and The Accelerator is another step toward that goal. The Accelerator is your source for Accellos news and information. We update it in real time as events transpire and ideas develop. We also have a monthly email subscription that encapsulates the best posts from the previous month.
Our goal with The Accelerator is to give all the members of the Accellos family – customers, partners, shareholders and employees – a greater opportunity to take a look inside Accellos and join us in a real two-way conversation. We want to build a personal relationship between our team and you, and we need your participation. Everyone is encouraged to join in, and you don’t need to register to read, watch, or comment. If there are stories you’d like to share with our community, feel free to send them in to accelerator@accellos.com.
We’d like to make a quick note about guidelines for comments. The Accelerator is a moderated site because we want to ensure that everyone stays on topic—or at least pretty close to it. We want The Accelerator to be more about you than it is about us, so we encourage you to post your thoughts, comments, suggestions, and questions; however, be humble and kind to others. No one is perfect, and profanity, racial and ethnic slurs, and rude behavior like disparaging personal remarks won’t be tolerated nor published.
Our team wants to engage in a conversation with you, but not every post can receive an individual response. We encourage you to respond to our bloggers and to the comments of other individuals. We also ask that you be patient with our Team for a response. Some of our bloggers are on the front lines in support and services, so they will understandably give their attention to high priority customer issues first and foremost.
One final note — The Accelerator is not the forum to address personal customer service issues. We are eager to resolve any issue you have, but the right place to address issues so that we may respond quickly is through one of our Accellos support contact areas.
