    Important Prophesy Customer Support Improvements

    Prophesy Transportation Solutions (an Accellos division) is happy to announce that we have appointed a new Director of Services to lead both our support and training teams.  Miriam Vella brings more than a decade of experience in running our training department with great success.  Vella will now manage Prophesy’s Customer Support and Training teams effective immediately, bringing her passion for the total customer experience to the forefront of everything we do.     Hosted Services Downtime – Friday, September 17, 8-11 PM MDT

    On Friday, September 17th, 2010, from 8PM to 11PM MDT, we will be upgrading critical components of the Accellos Datacenter.  During this approximately three-hour period, all hosted services will be unavailable, including:

    • WMS hosted solutions
    • 3PL hosted solutions
    • Real Dispatch
    • Prophesy Mobile Comm, VisiFreight, and webMiler
    • Accellos internal network

    The scheduled maintenance will include an update of perimeter connectivity and security devices to ensure stability and continue to enhance security and performance.  Other updates may be required and will be announced if anticipated.

    Accellos One 3PL has introduced a full integration to Oracle Reports!

    The Accellos One Oracle Reports integration lets users easily design their own work-flows and reports, rather than requiring customization services to create or change a work-flow process to activate a triggering mechanism.  Users can now simply leverage the integration of Oracle reports and the 3PL Secure framework to create their own work-flows, and triggering mechanisms.

    Accellos One Collect for GP has repeated transaction capabilities!

    Sick of doing the same tasks over and over again?  So are we.  Accellos One Collect for GP now enables you to configure the software to further speed up your processing for users who perform the same tasks over and over again. New options have been added to re-enter a transaction automatically after F1/Finish instead of having to exit to the menu each time.  You can also choose to suppress the confirmations screen that occurs at the end of each transaction.

    Accellos One Warehouse will soon incorporate labor standards!

    Accellos One Warehouse (A1W) tracks every hand-held activity for productivity reports, and includes an Employee Statistics report that shows user productivity Picking, Receiving, Material Handling, and Cycle
    Counting.

    In our next release, Accellos One Warehouse will let you define labor Standards that are used to forecast labor requirements for each “pivot” in Web Dispatch.

    The Picking and Receiving Standards will be used to forecast the labor requirements for each “pivot” in Web Dispatch.   A new row on the sales order and purchase order grids will let you estimate how much labor will be required for each group of orders based on the current pivot.  Not only will dispatchers be able to see how many orders, lines, and units are associated with a pivot, they’ll be able to see how much labor will be required to complete the orders based on your own defined labor standards.

    We have also added a report to compare “actual” calculated
    metrics versus “standard” metrics to help you refine your definitions.
