Starting in Version 6.2 you can now define labor standards for picking,

The labor standards defined for Picking and Receiving are used to forecast the
labor requirements for Sales Orders and Purchase orders. Labor estimates are integrated directly into the Sales Order and Purchase Order grids, showing how much labor is required for each group of orders based on the standards YOU define. These estimates let you plan resources well in advance of required shipping dates which can significantly reduce the chances of canceled orders or compliance fines for missed shipments.
Beginning with version 5.4 of Accellos One Warehouse, source code is now exposed for software developers interested in making customizations to the base application.
